RIP KEN RUSSELL →
Ken Russell is/was my favorite director- tied with Nic Roeg, who I’d consider to be almost his intellectual partner in crime anyway- passed away a few days ago. I am, as always, late to pay my respects. I am especially heartbroken that now we won’t get to see his Alice adaptation. RIP, genius dude. I am illegally downloading The Boy Friend as I type.
